First inspection may require:
1. Device specifications checking.
2. Device test.
3. Device reworking.
4. Producing of Golden sample.

Purpose: To provide working process with necessary documents and make a first inspection.

Attention: For the fist inspection documentation release required.

In case of using all of this services we provide 20% discount for the First inspection.

This type of inspection are not necessary, but recommended.
Inspection during production allow to be sure, that devices assembling according to your requirements and conditions. Let's say there is current/temperature protection fuse installed, wire power fit the necessary etc. 
The reason why we recommend this kind of inspection - for you to be sure in production technology of your device and it's accesories.

For this inspection may be required (In case you did not use our pre-production inspection service): PCB’s and device drawings.

Components and parts of device availability and place of installation data.

Purpose: To fix possible defects before whole amount of product arrive to the warehouse.

This inspection is to be sure, that device is ready for consumption of final consumer. After inspection you will be sure about print materials, boxes printing, device and accessories, that device materials match requirements, that device working correct in different modes. There is photo and video about working in increased load and non-standart working conditions, which show you device working consequences in this kind of modes.

For Post-pruduction inspection may require:
Boxes and other print materials design.
Constructional data form of device(in case if we did not make a Pre-production inspection for you). 

Purpose: To figure out and fix defects, possible in case of bad quality control from the factory side.
