2-4 samples needed. Engineer will check constructional, technical, electrical components. The utmost machanical, thermal, electrical loadings will be maded, measurements and characteristics will be taken.

The work is carried out by the engineering group together with the specialists of the plant.

Depending on the type, properties, types of improvements, the content and terms of work can vary greatly, as a rule, they require from weeks to 2-3 months.

Based on the results, testing will be carried out and a report will be provided showing the state of the product before and after refinement. A separate document will issue directives for the plant, the customer and the quality inspector to make changes to the product compared to the original factory modification.

Purpose: To make sure that the manufactured product meets all the requirements of the customer.


The manufacturer sends 1-2 samples from a serial batch. The engineer checks the technical parameters, appearance, parameters of the main electronic components.

Purpose: To fix the parameters and design of a sample approved by the customer for production.

The manufacturer sends 3-4 identical samples in the final design in accordance with the artwork (designs) of the customer. The CA engineer checks the designs, draws up a CDF in which he indicates the parameters, appearance, criteria and methods of control when comparing a sample from a batch with a gold sample. Samples are signed and sent: one - to the manufacturer for storage, one - to the customer, one - is placed in the company's warehouse.
