The purpose of the service: to ensure that the product meets customer specifications and instruction manual.
The factory will send a sample to our laboratory in Zhuhai.
Our engineer will check for compliance with all parameters and modes.
Based on the results, you will receive an illustrated report. If necessary, a video will be shot.
Test of Sample
Price: from USD300
Time: from 8 hours.
Purpose of the service: Find structural defects, check the product for survivability, give recommendations for revision.
The manufacturer will send several (usually 2-4) samples to the laboratory. The engineer will check the structural, electrical and electronic components.
Tests for maximum load on the product will be carried out, the necessary characteristics will be removed. Based on the results, you will receive an illustrated report with recommendations for improvements. If necessary, a video will be shot.
For one functional product (blender, hair dryer, meat grinder) it will take 1-2 business days to complete the work.
For Complex multifunctional products (crock-pot, bread machine) may require up to five business days.
Upgrade and preparation for mass production
Price: on request.
Time: from one week.
The purpose of the service: To improve the quality of the product (appearance, functionality, characteristics, survivability)and to reduce the number of structural defects before mass production.
The work is carried out by the manufacturer under the guidance of our engineer.
Depending on the type, properties, types of improvements, the content and terms of work can vary greatly, usually from weeks to 2-3 months. Most likely, the plant’s specialists may need to come to our laboratory.
We will coordinate with you all points of improvements. Based on the results, testing will be conducted and a report will be provided.
This service needs before the first inspection.
Golden Sample services
Price: from USD400 (production) + USD30 (maintenance or inspection from the party) + USD20 / month (storage)
Time: from 8 hours.
Purpose: To fix the parameters of the sample approved by the customer for production, Issue a CDF (component definition file) specification for conducting a quality inspection.
The manufacturer sends 3 identical samples. A GS engineer will compare them and compile a CDF which indicates the parameters, appearance, criteria and control methods for comparing a sample from a batch with Gold Sample.
Samples are signed, CDF is attached to them and sent to: one – to the manufacturer for storage, one – to the customer, one – is placed in the warehouse of the laboratory.
This service needs before the first inspection. Maintenance is carried out at each restart of production.
